Every year at the InterTabac Show in Dortmund, Germany, Cigar Journal magazine hosts its annual Cigar Trophy Awards celebration. InterTabac is the world’s largest tobacco products and smoking accessories trade show and the Cigar Journal’s Cigar Trophy Awards night is a popular consumer award ceremony.
Cigar Journal asks its readers to nominate Cigar Trophy contenders in several categories, including Best Brand, Best Cigar, Best Value, Best Accessory, and Best Lounge. The readers’ top five nominees qualify for each category’s award and then the readers once again vote to choose the winner. Cigar Journal’s readers elected Oliva Serie V Maduro as the Cigar Trophy winner for Best Nicaraguan Brand for 2022!
