Oliva Cigars, part of the Vandermarliere Cigar Family (VCF), has expanded its presence in Asian travel retail by introducing two new airport humidors in partnership with China Duty Free. The Oliva island humidor is now available at Beijing Daxing International Airport Departures, while a wall bay humidor showcasing Oliva’s cigar range is featured at Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2 in a modern, accessible setting.
Each humidor offers a rotating selection of Oliva’s core lines, including the award-winning Serie V and Serie O, as well as limited editions tailored for the Asian market.
“These humidors reflect our belief that travel retail should go beyond convenience to create a sense of discovery,” said Thomas Gryson, VCF Global Travel Retail Coordinator. “By investing in engaging, brand-focused spaces at the world’s busiest airports, we connect with travellers when they are most receptive to quality and authenticity.”
“We are pleased to expand our footprint and make our products more accessible through China Duty Free, where demand for premium cigars is increasing rapidly,” added VCF Export Manager Cagdas Cildir. “These humidors are more than retail points—they are brand experiences designed to engage discerning consumers in one of the world’s most important travel corridors.”
